"New customer (only had an account since closing on my home a couple months ago), but I had to drop a commendation and a few nice words about the agent, Johnny Williamson, who helped me out. We were less than a week out from close and the homeowners policy with a different company was going through final checks. My lender had checked in to make sure I'd be able to upload the homeowners policy by the end of the week. It felt like I was discussing options with well-informed co-worker at lunch rather than an insurance agent.
