"New customer (only had an account since closing on my home a couple months ago), but I had to drop a commendation and a few nice words about the agent, Johnny Williamson, who helped me out. We were less than a week out from close and the homeowners policy with a different company was going through final checks. My lender had checked in to make sure I'd be able to upload the homeowners policy by the end of the week. Just a couple emails earlier, I was informed that the homeowners policy had fallen through and the previous company wasn't able to work anything else out. They kindly referred me to Johnny over at State Farm. I was pretty stressed out and not looking forward to getting the quote back since, at this point, it would have to do as I had no time to look into alternatives.
